Shandong Yutech Chemical Co., Ltd. Environmental protection upgrade 8000Nm3 /h governance project is progressing steadily
In order to ensure the company's sustainable, healthy and stable development, improve the company's exhaust gas treatment capacity, and save overall energy consumption
In order to ensure the company's sustainable, healthy and stable development, improve the company's exhaust gas treatment capacity, and save overall energy consumption, Shandong Yutech Chemical Co., Ltd. plans to add an RTO incinerator to the existing factory area to process the exhaust gas in the factory area. The total investment of the project is 7 million yuan. After the project is completed, it can add 8000Nm 3 /h exhaust gas treatment capacity to the factory, which can effectively reduce the problem of high energy consumption of the original incinerator in the factory, promote the company's environmental protection upgrade, and reduce the cost of pollution control.
This project belongs to the "7722 Air Pollution Control" in the "National Economic Industry Classification" "N Water Conservancy, Environment and Public Facilities Management Industry", which refers to the comprehensive control of air pollution and the control activities of industrial waste gas. The proposed project uses an RTO incinerator to centrally process the waste gas generated in various facilities in the factory and decompose it through high-temperature oxidation and decomposition, and completely converts the carbon, hydrogen and oxides into harmless substances such as CO2 and H2O. The waste gas is discharged into the atmosphere after the waste heat is recovered and met the standards.
The proposed project does not adopt the process that is explicitly eliminated by the state, and does not produce, operate or use dangerous chemicals explicitly prohibited by the state. According to the relevant provisions in the "Guidelines for Industrial Structure Adjustment (2024 current year)", the proposed project belongs to the permitted category, does not belong to the restricted category or the elimination category, and is in line with national industrial policies.
The current project environmental impact registration procedures have been completed; the safety condition review report is being prepared, and it can be completed and applied for review in the near future. The project is planned to be completed and put into operation by 2025.
